{haven} is situated on Clairmont Ave in the heart of Forest Park. The two bedroom layouts are located on the ground floor, and feature private front porches, separate dining rooms, front and rear entry, and access to a shared lawn. These two bedrooms come with Jack and Jill bathrooms that provide each bedroom with access to its own toilet and vanity with a shared bathtub/shower room. One bedroom layouts are on the top floor.  There is a walkway in the rear of the building with direct access from the parking lot to the second floor. All units are gas and electric. Washer and dryer connections are only in the two bedroom layouts.
