Income Verification:

  • Tenant(s) must make 3x the rent (combined)
  • Co-signers must make 5x the rent
  • Provide source of income (2 month’s pay-stubs, offer letter stating monthly or yearly amount, or if it’s a loan it must specify it is for boarding only)
  • Vouchers or Section 8 not accepted

Refundable

  • Holds apartment for up to 3 weeks with a security deposit. *Refundable based on move-out conditions
